SJ’s Booktique Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with SJ’s Booktique! Each order is carefully curated, wrapped, and packaged with attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Because many of our products are hand-packaged, customized, and assembled to order, processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Each Blind Date with a Book and bundle is carefully hand-wrapped and curated to create a unique unboxing experience. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery times provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SJ’s Booktique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping times and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. We will gladly assist you when possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sjsbooktique@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Shipping Availability
SJ’s Booktique currently ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
